I bought this exact hat from her for our friends that just welcomed a sweet little girl, and I can't wait to see her in it! It is very well made, so adorable, and comes in a dust bag to protect it! Pioneer Woman Photo Contest!

I'm sure many of you are familiar with the 'Pioneer Woman'. Im a follower of hers, she has a love of photography, she shares fabulous recipes...and she's just a lot of fun! Project 2010:365 February 18-21

My first 'theme week' of the project is now over! It was fun, a nice change from the normal shots, and I actually found it very challenging! So, I'll be doing it again...not every week though! :P

Thick fog again, there are a lot of trees and a lake behind this sign, but you can't see it!

Very weird wether today...small raindrops turn into fat rain drops turn into fat snowflakes, turn back into rain drops!

What? Snow? I feel like I'm repeating myself! :)

Canstruction 2010

Today my husband and I headed down to Union Station in KC to check out the Canstruction installment. Area architecture, engineering, and construction firms get together for one day and have 12 hours to construct their designs, made entirely out of canned goods. Once the exhibit is over, the cans are then donated to Harvesters, a local food bank. If you're in the KC area, you should stop by and check it out! If you're not in the KC area, check out the Canstruction site, as they do this in several cities all around the country!

Project 2010:365 February 1-4

As I uploaded these, I realized this post was very animal oriented! Well, they ARE the furry loves of my life! :)

It must not be fun at all to have to nap with bulldog butt right in your face.

I guess it's true what they say, if you're not the leader...this is the view you get!

By the look on her face, I'd say she's torn between continuing her extreme relax, or freaking out because I'm too close to her with my camera!

We got yet another dusting of snow in KC...only to melt away less than 24 hours later!
