Friday Finds!

It's almost Valentine's Day! Ok, I'll admit, I'm a sucker for this holiday. While I think my hubby and I do a pretty good job at the every day, it's nice to really slow it down for one day and really take the effort to show your special someone how much they mean to you!

Project 2010:365 - Days 2 & 3

Day:3 The last rose on my rose bushes hanging on through this latest snow storm we're having here in Kansas City!

Day:2 I think we have enough snow, don't you? Apparently not, we're getting more!

2010:365 - Day 1

I've embarked on a personal project for this year. I'm calling it 2010:365. In the year 2010, my goal is to shoot at least 1 photo every single day. I've decided to do this for several reasons. To keep my creative juices flowing, even during down times, to sharpen my current skills, and to learn a few new ones. There are no rules for this project except to take 1 photo every day. It may be a photo from a very elaborate, set-up shoot, or it may just be from my point of view sitting on the couch. It might be taken from my big fancy camera, it might be taken from my camera phone. At the end, I should have a collection of photos that will be fun for me to look through on January 1, 2011!
